Folder queries

Folder queries show documents saved in different folders in a single results list. This type of query does not allow for conditions or parameters, and only groups together the documents from various folders in the same results list.


The columns of the results list are the default columns, document, size, modified and path. The results of these queries cannot be exported to Microsoft Excel.

Field and condition queries

Field and condition queries help you to sort the documents to be displayed based on the conditions or parameters defined when you create the query. For example, a query may display only offers greater than €1,000 accepted since January 1st.


You can define the columns shown in the results list when you create the query. The results of this type of query can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
